1. What time does the ceremony start?
The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM sharp at the Ceremony Garden, Belmont Hotel.

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to get settled, soak in the view, and enjoy a cup from our coffee bar, which will be open before the ceremony begins. Come early, relax, and let the celebration begin with a warm sip and a beautiful view.

2. Where is the reception and how do I get there?
The reception will be held at Peninsula Beach, Plantation Bay Resort and Spa starting at 6:00 PM.
Don’t worry about the transfer, we’ve got you covered! Transportation will be provided from Belmont Hotel to the reception venue.

3. Is there an afterparty?
Yes, and you won’t want to miss it! From 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM, we’ll keep the celebration going at Alien Abduction, a private bar inside Plantation Bay. Dancing shoes (or barefoot moves on the beach) encouraged!

4. What’s the dress code?
We’d love for you to dress in beach formal attire, elegant yet breathable outfits suited for a tropical celebration.

Our theme is shades of blush, so we invite you to wear:
🌸 Rose, Dusty Pink, Champagne, Mauve, Taupe, Soft Peach, or Nude tones.

👠 Shoes? Totally up to you!
The ceremony will be held on a cliffside garden, so heels are perfectly fine. The reception, however, will be on the beach, so keep that in mind if you’d prefer to switch into sandals or something more sand-friendly later in the evening. Comfort is key, style is welcome!

5. Can I bring a plus one or my children?
As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, this event is by invitation only. We kindly ask that only guests listed on the invite attend. No additional guests or plus ones, please. Thank you for your understanding and support!

6. How do I RSVP, and by when?
Please RSVP using the form on this website by August 5, 2025.
No RSVP = no seat (and that would make us cry a little).

7. Where should I stay?
There are heaps of hotels to stay in around Mactan Island to suit different styles and budgets. However, you’ll get a 20% discount if you stay at Plantation Bay Resort and Spa, which is also where our reception and afterparty will be held.

8. Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Yes, feel free to capture the moment, but kindly be mindful of our photographers and videographers. We just ask that you don’t block their view or step into the aisle during key moments. Snap away from your seat, and let’s all work together to keep the focus on the ceremony (and not someone’s phone in the middle of the first kiss 😉).

9. Will there be food and drinks?
Absolutely. Expect good food, flowing drinks, and a celebration worthy of 15 years together. Come hungry, ready to celebrate, and save some energy for the afterparty! Keep spirits high (literally and figuratively!).

10. I have dietary restrictions, can you accommodate that?
Of course! Just let us know in the RSVP form and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

11. What’s the weather like in Cebu in October?
October falls during the cooler part of the year in Cebu, think warm tropical breezes with a touch of relief from the peak summer heat. While the weather is generally pleasant, we recommend light, breathable clothing just in case the sun decides to shine a little brighter. We’ll have shade, fans, and refreshments to keep everyone comfortable.
